Marshall G. Green JEFFERSONVILLE – Marshall Goodwin Green, 65, of Hwy 80, passed away Wednesday in Macon. Graveside services will be held Saturday February 6, 2021 at 3:00 PM at Cool Springs Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Bob Powell will officiate. Mr. Green was born in Macon, GA the son of the late John Marshall Green, and was preceded in death by his Step Mother Retha Green. Marshall was a former Heavy Equipment Operator with Graham Bros. Construction in Dublin. His love of operating heavy equipment especially a bulldozier, allowed him to work many jobs in the middle Georgia area including Greer Land and Timber, and Hill Logging. Marshall enjoyed riding his Harley and hanging out with his friends, but most of all he loved spending time with his family who he loved dearly. Survivors include his Mother Joyce Horton (Chuck) Taylor. His Brother, Richard “Richie” Green. Step Brothers, Mike (Elizabeth) Taylor, and Johnny (Dianah) Smith. Step Sister, Kris (Jerry) Moore. His Nieces, Kassi (Kevin) Churchwell, Laci Green, and Alexis Boyd. Great Niece Shaye Grimes. Many cousins and distant family. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00PM Friday in Reece Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the donor’s favorite charity.
