Born October 10, 1979, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont, Texas, Cliff was the son of Shannon Hart and Clifford Allen Tibbetts, Sr. He attended Tyrrell Elementary in Griffing Park and Edison Middle School where he excelled. Seeing the value of an education, he made his way to Athens, GA where he enrolled at the University of Georgia and went on to receive his degree in Business as part of the Class of 1961.

The good Lord decided his service here on Earth was complete and called him hom on February 12, 2013. While he will be missed dearly by all who came in contact with him, Heaven will be a better place for having received him.
