Angela Ray MACON - Angela Ray, age 56, passed away at home peacefully on December 11, 2019. She was born in Macon, GA on November 6, 1963 to James Ray and Joyce Holton Ray. Ms. Ray was raised in Jones County and was a 1981 graduate of Jonesco Academy. Angela Ray was a believer in Jesus Christ. She was proud of her faith and salvation. Ms. Ray was a member of Stone Creek Baptist Church. Over the last year, she had been enthusiastically attending services at Real Life Church. Ms. Ray was focused on the needs of her loved ones. She was known as a caring, supportive, loving friend, and a doting Mother and Grandmother. Angela was a kind hearted, loving person who cherished her five children and fifteen grandchildren. Her father James (PoBoy) Ray, her sisters Lisa Ray Todnem and Deborah Ray Young, and her granddaughter Alyssa Ray Favors preceded Angela Ray in death. She is survived by her mother Joyce H. Ray, her children Summer Clance (John), Kacey Favors (Michael), Jessica Lavender (Clay), Jake Worsham (Hannah), and Levi Worsham, her fifteen grandchildren Noah, Phoenix, Reid, Megan, Madison, Kinley, Emma-Kate, Lily-Grace, Mack, Jacob, Walker, Barrett (Bear), Jax, Michael, and Ellie Grace. The family will receive friends at visitation on Tuesday, December 17, 2019 from 5pm-7pm at Reece Funeral Home, and a Memorial service on Wednesday, December 18, 2019, at 6:00 PM at Real Life Church in Macon, GA .
