Sandy Gail S. Morgan JEFFERSONVILLE – Sandy Gail Smallwood Morgan, 50, of Durham Mill Rd., passed away Sunday at home, surrounded by her family. Services will be held Friday July 2, 2021, at 10:00 am, at the Jeffersonville Church of God. Rev. Victor Gilbert and Rev. Chris Arnold will officiate. Sandy was born in Macon, the daughter of David Coleman Smallwood and Sandra Christine Jordan. Sandy was a Systems Administrator with the Department of Residence Life at Mercer University. She attended the Jeffersonville Church of God. Sandy was a woman of deep and unshakeable faith, as well as a devoted wife, Mama, and Grammy. Her home was open to everyone, and everyone who stepped through her door always felt loved and welcome. Survivors include her Husband, Michael Morgan. Children, Allen (Elizabeth) Morgan and Caryn (Bobby) Atkinson. Step children, Synthia (Joseph) Hall, Chelsea (Eric) Tamez. Parents, David (Wanda) Smallwood and Sandra (Karl) Jordan. Grandchildren, Vivienne and Ezra Morgan; Westley Atkinson; Shyann and Tanner Hall; Burkeley, Parker, and Brynn Tamez. Sisters, Tammy (Joe) Slade and Tracie (John) Mullis. Step siblings, Joy (Curtis) Daniel, Angela Wilkerson, and Wayne (Victoria) Wilkerson. Aunt and Uncle, Elaine and Clinton Patrick; Aunt and Uncle, Janice and Chuck Fightmaster; Aunt, Ellen Smallwood. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews. The family will receive friends from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm, July 1, 2021 in the funeral home.
