ALLENTOWN, GA – Timothy Alan “Tim” Baker, 56, of Main St., passed away on Wednesday, November 1, 2023.

Tim was born in Bethesda, Maryland and spent his childhood and teen years in Gaithersburg, Maryland. In 1991, he and his young family moved to Allentown. Tim loved dirt track racing and especially enjoyed watching his sons race. He was a logging mechanic with HAJCO Logging.

He is survived by wife Paula (Little) Baker, sons Matthew Baker (Lacey) and Mark Baker, and grandsons Hayden Baker and John Luke Baker.

He is also survived by his father Kenneth Baker, his mother Beaulah Coddington, and sister Carol Baker Bodine; his father and mother-in-law Willie Harell and Sandra Little, sister-in-law Julie Little Nickson (Mike), brother-in-law Willie Harell Little, Jr. (Dawn), a nephew Clark Little and two nieces Chloe Little and Cate Nickson.

Memorial services will be held at the Baker residence, 652 Main St. (GA Hwy 112) Allentown, on Sunday, November 5, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. Rev. Ken Land will officiate. The family will receive friends before the service between 2:00 and 3:00 p.m.
