Andrew (Andy) Fountain

JEFFERSONVILLE – Andrew Lewis (Andy) Fountain of Hwy 96, passed away Wednesday at his residence. Services will be held Saturday May 12, 2018 at 100PM in the Jeffersonville Church of God. Burial will be in Asbury United Methodist Church Cemetery. Rev. Gary Walker, Rev. Jimmy Smith, Rev. Walter Jarrell, and Rev. Charles Carter will officiate. Mr. Fountain was born in Macon, GA, the son of the late Osgood Woodrow (Doc) Fountain and Gladys Cannon Fountain. He was preceded in death by his sister Sarah F. Poole. He was retired from Forest Resource Consultants and was a former employee of B and S Air. He was a Veteran of the United States Army serving in the Vietnam War. Andy loved fishing, hunting, golfing, and spending time with his Grandchildren, but most of all he loved his Lord and Savior. He was a member of the Jeffersonville Assembly of God. Survivors include his wife, Paulette H. Fountain. His Children, David (Ami) Fountain, Randy Fountain, and Kelly (Bob) DeSantis. Grandchildren, Josh, Devin, Heather, Drew, Camron, Zander, Lilly, Lane, Lola Grace, and Lexa. His Brother, Woody (Faye) Fountain. Brother in Laws, Wendell (Laverne) Hulett, and Rudy (Teresa) Hulett. Sister in Law Debbie (Mike) Watson. A Host of Nieces and Nephews. The family will receive friends from 6 to 9 Friday in the funeral home.
