DRY BRANCH – Barbara Jo Cribb Askew, 86, of Kaolin Heights Rd. passed away Friday April 24, 2026 in Macon.

Services will be held at a later date.

Mrs. Askew was born in Macon, GA the daughter of the late Robert Cribb and Willie Carnell King Cribb. She was the widow of the late William E. Askew. She was preceded in death by her daughter, her brother and her two sisters. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include her children, Robert Askew, Bill Askew, Jimmy Askew, Tony Askew, Jamie Harris, Ann Joyner, and Rhonda Stafford. Seventeen Grandchildren and Twenty two Great Grandchildren.

Reece Funeral Home in Jeffersonville has charge of arrangements.
