DRY BRANCH – Beverly Chappell Stamatis, 75, of Old Gordon Rd., passed away Monday in Macon.

Graveside services will be held Saturday January 6, 2024 at 11:00AM in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mrs. Stamatis was born in Forsyth, GA the daughter of the late Thomas Roscoe Chappell and Sara Holt Chappell. She was the widow of the late Billy Stamatis. Beverly was a former Waitress at Waffle House on Riverside Dr. in Macon and was a Homemaker. She was a member of Gray Church of Christ.

Survivors include her children, Randall Doyle Thompson, Tracy (Ricky) Tapia, and Heidi Meldrim. Grandchildren, Haley (Jeff), Billy, Shae, Doyle, Morgan, Ryleigh, Tyler (Haley), Keely (Mike), Levi (Courtney), Cassie, Justin, Josh, and Stevie. Fourteen Great Grandchildren.
