GORDON – Brett Charles Cummings, 60, passed away Monday February 6, 2023 at his residence.

Services will be held Saturday February 11, 2023 at 11:00AM at Mount Zion Baptist Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Rev. Dwayne Bedingfield will officiate.

Mr. Cummings was raised in Loami, Illinois. Brett was preceded in death by his sister, Dawn Krouse and by his grandparents. He was the owner of Brett’s Cycle Barn and was a lifetime member of the American Motorcycle Association. Brett was a member of Mount Zion Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Vanessa C. Cummings. Daughters, Morgan Cummings (Caleb) Davis, and Ashley Cummings. Step Daughter, Kayleigh Shores. Step Son Brandon (Niki) Logue. His parents, Ronald and Macie Edwards Cummings. Brother, Ronald L. Cummings. Brother in law, Roger Krouse. Grandchildren, Abel Davis, Collins Davis, Noah Logue, Jonah Logue and Caleb Logue. Many Aunts, Uncles, and cousins also survive.

In lieu of flowers donation may be made to Mount Zion Baptist Church, 4013 GA Hwy 358, Danville, GA 31017.

The family will receive friends from 10:00am to 11:00am Saturday before the service.
