MACON - Charles Franklin “Frank” Cooper, 78, of Sgoda Rd., passed away Tuesday September 2, 2025 at his residence.
A Celebration of Frank’s Life will be held at a later date.
Mr. Cooper was born in Burlington, North Carolina the son of the late Elizabeth Cooper Russell. He was preceded in death by his brother Jimmy White. Frank was a retired Fabrication Tech with Brown & Williamson Tobacco in Macon. He was a Baptist.
Survivors include his wife, Effie Thompson Cooper. His children, Christopher (Steffanie) Whidby, Charlene (Don) Franklin, and Samantha (Brad) Rosenfeld. His sisters, Mary Jane (Al) Smith, Elizabeth Johnson, and Carolyn (Jerry) Martin. His ten grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
