DANVILLE – Claude Eugene “Gene” Brown, 80 of Bell Payne Rd., passed away Thursday February 22, 2024 in Dublin.

Graveside services will be held Monday February 26, 2024 at 1:00PM at Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery. Harold Reece, Jr. will officiate.

Mr. Brown was born in Macon, GA the son of the late Willie Luther Brown and Daisy Etheridge Brown. He was the widow of the late Marion Jean Strong Brown and was preceded in death by his brother Larry Brown. Gene was a former Logger with Geer Land and Timber and was a member of Central Baptist Church in Macon, GA.

Survivors include his Nieces, Janet Williams, Annette “Sissy” Russell, Gail Lucas and Angie Bowen. Numerous Great Nieces and Nephews. His Sister, Patricia B. Morgan.
