Clifton Douglas “Sonny” Lamb, Sr. MONTROSE – Clifton Douglas “Sonny” Lamb, Sr., 85, of Third St., passed away Friday in Cochran. Services will be held Tuesday June 1, 2021 at 2:00 PM in the Montrose Baptist Church. Rev. William Tommy Roe will officiate. Mr. Lamb was born in Montrose, GA, the son of the late Roy Clifton Lamb and Douglas Annora Lamb Mackin. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Marion Mackin, Monroe Lamb, and Billy Ray Lamb, and other extended family. Mr. Lamb was a retired truck driver with Griffin Industries in Dublin. He was a member of Montrose Baptist Church. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and spending time with his family. Survivors include his wife, Jacqueline Dobbs Lamb. Daughter, Joanna (Ronny) Leaptrot.
