JEFFERSONVILLE – Dan Jerome Hasty, Sr., 91, of Hwy 80, passed away Friday June 19, 2026 in Warner Robins.

Services will be held Monday June 22, 2026 at 12:00PM at Reece Funeral Home. Burial will be in Prospect Church Cemetery. Rev. Mike Sapp and Harold Reece, Jr. will officiate.

Mr. Hasty was a lifelong resident of Twiggs County. He was the son of the late Bert I. Hasty and Alice Floyd Hasty and was the widower of the late Myra Elizabeth Brown Hasty. Dan was a retired Forestry Ranger with the Georgia Forestry Commission. Dan was a Veteran of the United States Army serving in the Korean War. He was a member of Prospect Church.

Survivors include his son, Dan J. (Robin) Hasty, Jr. His daughters, Kathy (Norman) Faulk, Joy (Ronnie) Sanders, and Gay (Ron) Key. His sister, Charlotte Tarpley. His grand/great grandchildren, Matthew Howell, Mark Howell, Lucas Howell, Jacob Sanders, Emma Kate Sanders, Madison Lawrence, Landan Lawrence, Brooklyn Tidwell, Reed Smith. His great great grandchildren, Haisley Johnson, and Jamie Smith

Donations may be made in memory of Dan Hasty, Sr., to Georgia Hospice, 1700 Veterans Blvd.,  Dublin, GA 31021

The family will receive friends from 11:00AM to 12:00PM before services in the funeral home
