David Earl Turner

David Earl Turner MACON – David Earl Turner, 82, of Hwy 49, passed away Monday at his residence. Services will be held Friday December 7, 2018 at 11:00 AM in Stone Creek Baptist Church. Burial with full military honors will be in the Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery at 2:30PM. Dr. Mark Grinsted will officiate. Mr. Turner was born in Princeton, NC the son of the late Willie Clyde Turner and Nellie Marie Dixon Turner. He was a retired Master Sergeant in the United States Air Force serving in the Vietnam War. Mr. Turner was a master craftsman who loved to build things and enjoyed helping people. He was a Farmer and enjoyed driving Volkswagens. David was a Mason. He was a member of Stone Creek Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Nellie Grace W. Turner. Children, Kevin Earl Turner, David Kelly Turner, Gina T. Neal, and Sabrina T. Authier. Step Sons, Christopher (Brenda) Walton and Jeffrey A. Walton. Numerous Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 10:00AM to 11:00AM Friday in the church before services.
