DANVILLE, GA – Diana Dunn Sapp, 85, of S and S Lake Rd., passed away Saturday October 10, 2026, in Macon.

Services will be held Tuesday October 13, 2026 at 11:00AM at Mount Zion Baptist Church. Burial will be in Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Michael Sapp and Rev. Dwayne Bedingfield will officiate.

Mrs. Sapp was born in Burlington, North Carolina, the daughter of the late David Dunn and Judy Turner Dunn. She was retired from Emmanuel Training Center where she was a Special Needs Instructor. Diana enjoyed hunting, the outdoors and tending to animals. She also enjoyed bowling and often received trophies for high scores. Diana was also a former contestant in the Mrs. Milledgeville State beauty contest where she placed fourth. She was an active member of Mount Zion Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband of 70 years, Claude Sapp. Her sons, Rev. Michael (Mary) Sapp, Terry (Linda) Sapp, and David (Cindy) Sapp. Her grandchildren, Macey (Sandy) Elks, Shannah (Matt) Peebles, Hunter (Rachel) Sapp, Rachael (Matt) Martin, Sarah (Ben) Sapp, Daniel (Eleana) O’Brien, Seth (Haley) Scruggs, Whitney (Tyler) Tanner, Joshua (Chelsea) Sapp, Rebekah Sapp, Jared Sapp, Hannah (Cody) Howell, and Andy O’Brien. Several Great Grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 10:00am to 11:00am before service in the church.
