Donald E. Ramage, Sr. MACON – Donald Elbert Ramage, Sr., 65, of Oakwood Dr., passed away Saturday in Macon. Services will be held Wednesday January 13, 2021, at 1:00 PM at Reece Funeral Home. Burial will be in Baptist Gospel Mission Church Cemetery. Rev. Rex Odom, Rev. Mike Jones and Richard Rustin will officiate. Mr. Ramage was born in Macon, GA, the son of the late Willie and Sarah Clance Ramage. He was preceded in death by his sister, Linda (Dan) Sims, and his nephew Ryan Douglas Rustin. Don was retired from Engelhard Kaolin and was a member of Mabel Masonic Lodge #255 and Al Sihah Shrine. He was a member of Heritage United Methodist Church. Don loved camping, spending time with his family, and telling jokes. He would help anyone at anytime. He loved the Georgia Bulldogs!! Don loved his grandchildren and his grandchildren loved him. He was a great Uncle, a fabulous Daddy, and a loving husband of 43 years to his wife Susie. Survivors include his wife Susie Ramage. Children, Michelle (Jonathan) Zellner, and Donnie (Stephanie) Ramage. Grandchildren, Cole Zellner, Sarah Zellner, Levi Ramage, Jessi Zellner, Sadie Ramage, Jase Ramage, and Ellie Zellner. Brother in law, Lamar (Jeannie) Thompson, and sister in law Wendy (Richard) Rustin. Nieces and Nephews, Megan (Marlon) Moore, Landry Rustin, Richie (Wanda) Sims, Amy (Amy) Thompson, Jarrett Thompson, and John Thompson. The family will receive friends from 12:00PM to 1:00PM before the service.
