Edward Lanier “Ed” Outlaw DANVILLE – Edward Lanier “Ed” Outlaw, 74, of Cool Springs Rd. passed away Thursday at his residence, after a lengthy illness. Services will be held Saturday December 1, 2018 at 2:00 PM in Mount Zion Baptist Church. The Family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 before the service in the church. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Rev. Dwayne Bedingfield will officiate. Ed was born October 22, 1944 in Laurens County to Delmar Outlaw and Zemmie Mae Morrison Outlaw Chance. He was preceded in death by his brother J.T. Outlaw and his Step Father, Burton Chance. Ed was a former Service Manager with Lamar (Bo Willis) Pontiac for over 20 years where he helped many middle Georgia families with their service needs. He was retired from J.M. Huber Corp. Ed was a member of Mount Zion Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, June Outlaw. Children, Danny (Cyndi) Outlaw, Rev. Dwayne (Angee) Outlaw, Davey (Angel) Outlaw, and Dawn Foster. Grandchildren, Gabe (Taylor) Outlaw, Sydney (Dillon) Outlaw, Connor Outlaw, Tate Outlaw, and Kailyn Outlaw. Sisters and Brother, Hall (Peggy) Outlaw, Betty (Drexel) Canady, Peggy (Al) Williams, Several Nieces and Nephews. The family may be contacted at 120 Cool Springs Rd. Danville, GA 31017.
