Fannie Lou “Bootsie” Floyd
DANVILLE – Fannie Lou Bridges “Bootsie” Floyd, 89, of Hwy 358, passed away Saturday December 27, 2025 at her residence.
Funeral Services will be held Tuesday December 30, 2025 at 3:00PM at Cool Springs Primitive Baptist Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Elder Michael Hataway will officiate.
Mrs. Floyd was born in Danville, GA the daughter of the late James A. “Bo” Bridges and Fleeta Howell Bridges. She was the widow of the late William Willis “Bud” Floyd, and was preceded in death by her brothers Oren Bridges and Alton Bridges, her sister Phyllis Green, and her great grandchild Tyler Cole Floyd.
“Bootsie” was a Homemaker and a member of Bay Springs Primitive Baptist Church.
Survivors include her son Larry (Terri) Floyd. Daughters Janice Miller and Bonnie (Bubba) Deason. Eight Grandchildren, Fifteen Great Grandchildren, and Seven Great Great Grandchildren. Several Nieces and Nephews.

The family will receive friends from 2:00PM to 3:00PM before services in the church.
