MACON – Harry Winfred Bloodworth, 80, of Sgoda Circle South, passed away Friday in Macon.

A Gathering of Family and Friends to Celebrate Harry’s Life will be held Saturday September 13, 2025 from 10:00AM to 12:00PM at Reece Funeral Home in Jeffersonville, GA

Mr. Bloodworth was born in Dry Branch, GA the son of the late Henry Wesley Bloodworth and Mamy Bunch Bloodworth. He was the widower of the late Melva Elizabeth Bloodworth and was preceded in death by his brothers, Elmo Bloodworth, H. A. Bloodworth and Henry Bloodworth. Harry was retired from CSX Railroad. He was a former County Commissioner with The Twiggs County Board of Commissioners. Harry was a Veteran of the United States Army National Guard.

Survivors include his Sons, Michael Henry (Jenny) Bloodworth, Stephen Wilson (Danielle) Bloodworth, and John Herman (Christina) Bloodworth. His Grandchildren, Michael Dalton (Jessie) Bloodworth, Jenny Mackenzie Bloodworth, Bo Bloodworth, Elizabeth Bloodworth, Logan Bloodworth, Luke Kilijah Bloodworth, and Amelia Renee Bloodworth. One Great Grandchild, Everett Angues.
