JEFFERSONVILLE – Helga Krause Ashby, 81, passed away Thursday November 21, 2025 at her residence.

Private graveside services will be held at Baptist Gospel Mission Cemetery.

Mrs. Ashby was born in Berlin, Germany the daughter of the late Erich Krause and Emma Paula Moll Krause. She was the widow of the late Walter W. Ashby. Helga was a homemaker and a member of the Baptist Gospel Mission Church.

Survivors include her children, Michael (Linda) Ashby, and Loretta Johnson. Four Grandchildren and Nine Great Grandchildren.
