James Edward Harrison DANVILLE – James Edward Harrison, 79, of Bell-Payne Rd., passed away Saturday in Dublin. Services will be held Wednesday November 27, 2019 at 3:00 PM at Reece Funeral Home. Burial will be in Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery in East Dublin. Bishop William Evans and Rev. Jody Martin will officiate. Mr. Harrison was born in Dublin, GA, the son of the late Lewis and Mildred Petty Harrsion, and was preceded in death by his Grandson, Dalton Cox. He was a retired Heavy Equipment Operator with M & M Clays. He was a former Prison Guard and was a Minister of the Gospel. Mr. Harrison was a member of Beulah Springs Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Martha Williams Harrison. Children, Glenda (Jay) Roddenberry, Jimmy (Jamie) Harrison, Connie Cox, and Brenda Harrison Wiggins Grandchildren: Jr. Roddenberry, Nicky Davis, LeeAnn Harris, Chris Cox, Cody Harrison, Tommy Harrison, Dillon Cox, Brayden Harrison, Sam Michalic, and Bubba Michalic. Seventeen Great Grandchildren: The family will receive friends 6 to 8 Tuesday in the funeral home Visit www.reecefuneralhomeinc.com to express tributes.
