Jerry Lee Clance MACON – Jerry Clance, 62 of Ocmulgee East Blvd. passed away Tuesday August 23, 2022 at his residence. Services will be held Saturday August 27, 2022 at 3pm in the chapel of Reece Funeral Home. Burial will follow in New Haven Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Daniel Hollomon and Rev. Sam Loyd will be officiating. Mr. Clance was born in in Macon, GA to the late Jesse Clance, Sr. and Mary Elizabeth Stokes Clance. He was also preceded in death by his sisters, Ruby Jean Loyd, Sarah Ann Purser, Pearlie Mae Simmons, and Nellie Parker; brothers, Jesse Clance, Jr., Jack Clance, and Ray Clance. Mr. Clance worked as a handyman in construction for Dell Gledhill Realtor. He was a member of Henderson Road Baptist Church. Survivors include his princess, high school sweet heart, and wife of 44 years Judy Clance; two sons, Jason (Jeanne) Clance and John (Summer) Clance; daughter, Casey (Mitch) Johnson; sister, Mary (Troy) Goodwin; 13 grandchildren, Dakota, Austin, and Taylor Clance, Brandin, Emilee, Trever, and Kaitlyn Johnson, Phoenix, Reid, Walker, Mack, Jacob, and Jax Clance; one great grandchild Tadashi McDonald.
