DANVILLE, GA – Margarita Orona Illa, 99, of Second St. passed away August 8, 2024 at her residence.

Services will be held Friday August 16, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Reece Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Allentown City Cemetery.

Mrs. Illa was born in San Sebastian, Puerto Rico the daughter of the late Justo Orona and Emilia Alberty Orona. She was the widow of the late Aquilino Illa, Sr. and was preceded in death by her son Aquilino Illa, Jr.. Mrs. Illa was a homemaker and a Catholic.

Survivors include her children, Midlaura Illa (Bobby) Hurt, Judith Orona Gonzalez, and Hector Illa. Grandchildren Michael J. Illa, Hector Illa, Jr., Christine Nieves Espinal, Karen Trinidad, Lisette C. Gonzalez. Great Grandchildren Carlos Espinal, Lillian Espinal, Brenden P. Peraza, Ian Peraza, Devin Pimentel, Aliyah M. Pimentel.

The family will receive friends from 6:00PM to 8:00PM Thursday in Reece Funeral Home.
