MACON – Rebecca Jean “Becky” Hester, 51, of Battlefield Dr., passed away Thursday May 7, 2026 in Macon.

Services will be held Monday May 11, 2026 at 2:00PM at Stone Creek Baptist Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Dr. Richard McNair will officiate.

Becky was born in Macon, GA, the daughter of the late Steven C. “Steve” Hester. She was a member of Stone Creek Baptist Church and had a deep love for her church and church family. Most of all she loved serving her Lord. She was a friend to all.

Survivors include her husband, Rodger Dykes. Her mother, Barbara Kitchens Hester. Her brothers, Greg Hester and Andy Hester. Her niece, Sarah Jean Hester. Her Aunts, Uncles, and cousins also survive.

The family will receive friends from 1:00PM to 2:00PM Monday, before services in the church.
