Robert Ray Darley MILLEDGEVILLE - Robert Ray Darley, 57, of Lilac Drive, passed away Monday in Milledgeville. A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held Saturday, January 2, 2021 from 12 pm to 3pm at Reece Funeral Home. Ray was born in Macon, Georgia, and was the son of the late Robert Earl and Norma Jacobs Darley. He was preceded in death by his sisters, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Ray was an industrial painter with Prim Industrial Contractors. He was a Baptist. Survivors include his daughter, Ellen Victoria Shae Self; his fiancée, Shelia Taylor; grandchildren: Michael and Tommy King, and Samantha and Shannon Lavender; several nieces and nephews, including Chris and Angel Dakon; great nieces and nephews, including Hunter Dakon, Jaxon Dakon, and Maddy Butts; and his best friend, Jason Clutchfield.
