Sarah Elaine S. Cochran FORSYTH, GA – Sarah Elaine Singletary Cochran. 63, of Treadwell Rd., passed away Monday at her residence. Graveside services will be held Wednesday February 13, 2019 at 10:30 AM in the Jeffersonville City Cemetery. Mrs. Cochran was born in Macon, the daughter of the late Roscoe Singletary and Evelyn B. Long. She was preceded in death by her father and her sister, Jeannie S. Bloodworth. Elaine was a Homemaker and a member of the Jeffersonville Baptist Church. Survivors include her Husband, Steve Cochran. Children, Stephanie (Richard) Crabb, and Rusty Cochran. Grandchildren, Andy Sego and R.J. Crabb. Her Mother, Evelyn B. Long. Sisters, Patsy S.
